Wow, Tricia really went ahead with it & asked the girls to stand up for her. Like Sean said, they didn’t say no but they didn’t exactly jump on the offer either. Surprisingly, I can see then saying yes to appease their father and try to keep the peace. Plus, two snarky twins would add so much fun to the wedding 😂. I am curious if Samuel will play a bigger factor here as he once again mentioned his attraction to Tricia. This is turning out to be a great set up.
I do like how the younger crew are friends and have each other’s backs. Elijah giving Tommy advice is exactly what he needed to hear, although I’m surprise Jordan hasn’t sniffed around him more since Tanner has put the breaks on bedroom activities. Maybe he will grow tired of waiting for her?
Nice episode! Dallas

On vacation and got caught up on T&C while overlooking the beach this morning! It was nice to have something pleasant to read while I had my coffee and relaxed.
I'm really liking the introduction of the Gupta clan. Samuel and Mala have a nice vibe between them -- there's some of the typical mother/son formality, but also a more casual air where they really see each other as human beings and adults. I love how you're intertwining this new family with the rest of town. Samuel's already got some interesting connections like his attraction to Tricia and being Sarah Lynn's doctor. And it's great that we're actually going to see her through this difficult therapy and recovery process (I presume) rather than her just going offscreen for a few weeks and coming back "fine." It's much more interesting to dig into what she's been through and even into the complex backstory of T&C, which as you know is one of my favorite things about your writing. I'm curious what might be mined as we explore Sarah Lynn's life more in-depth...
The twins were pretty fair with Tricia, all things considered! Their responses wasn't totally bratty, but they also didn't just bend to her whims and play nice. At a point, they do have to respect their dad's choice to be with her, whether that's by participating in the wedding or simply by attending and not making a stink about it. I also really enjoy the layers you're giving Tommy. He has typical teen boy instincts, but he also has a surprisingly level head on his shoulders. Like Dallas, I'm also surprised that Jordan hasn't made some big play for him in recent months, though if Tanner keeps putting up this wall, maybe he'll give in to his more base instincts. It's a very realistic set of circumstances, and age-appropriate, too.
Max and Shauna make such a good, functional couple! I dread whatever terrible thing might eventually befall them, since this IS a soap, after all. But I always like getting to check in with them; you can feel through the screen that they really do love each other.
Good couple of episodes! There's some interesting stuff going on in Radcliffe these days.
