I think this was a great episode that showcases that there may be much more going on with Sarah Lynn than just Peter’s death. It’s obvious that his death has affected her, but the meer mention of her father is obviously a sour spot for her. So I wonder if she will continue her therapy sessions now?
I do like the dynamic between Lynn and Elijah but we all know that friendships that develop into sexual relations don’t always end well. Of course, she’s using this time to grieve everything going on in her family. But I think she’s also taking advantage of Elijah in the sense that she knows he won’t say no. It’ll be interesting to see where they develop this friendship as time moves forward.
Courtney and Stevens conversation was really brisk but adult and I commend them for even having it. It can be really tough to have a conversation like that when you’re just hoping the other isn’t going to put up walls. It is also a lot easier to want to start over as opposed to actually doing it and NOT running into the same roadblocks down the road.
Great episode!

OMG Brynn catching Elijah and Lynn was hilarious! I am still wondering how and if these sexual relationship will lead to more between Elijah and Lynn since they clearly do have a chemistry with one another. Also curious to see if Brynn will spill the beans to Sean/Lou about Lynn's bedroom activities. It could certainly add another wrinkle of drama into the family dynamics.
I really liked the Courtney and Steven scenes. Although, I do suspect that despite them agreeing to try to remember why they fell in love will prove to be difficult since they both want different things in the long term.
Wow, so Will really told Jermone not to call him anymore. I'm still curious as to this complete back story as to what Will actually did that makes Jermone think he can blackmail him, but I am curious to see how this unfolds now that Will put his foot down. And, of course Mae is thinking that Will is on the up and up, which for the most part he is, but you just know that when this truth comes out, all hell will break loose. I'm still hoping we get more Will and Sarah Lynn scenes, I really seemingly liked their connection!
Speaking of Sarah Lynn, great way to tie in Samuel into the canvas by making him her therapist! her history with her father was a super interesting rout that I wasn't expecting you to go down, it seems like this could be another mystery that needs to be solved. I'm curious as to where this is headed!
Good episode, lots of developments! Dallas
