Welcome back, Bre!
So glad that you were able to bring back T&C. I know how frustrating it's been these last several months, not being able to post episodes. It seems like you found a great way to jump back in and "catch up" without compromising the stories you wanted to tell, too. I know you hadn't planned on killing off Peter (at least, I don't think so), but with Roscoe Born's passing, it does seem respectful. (I've been wondering the same thing about Patrick Brooks in FP, played by the late John Callahan, but of course he only appears once or twice a year, so it's less of an issue.) Peter's death really seems to be shaking up dynamics -- such as restoring the animosity between sisters Louise and Martha, putting Sarah in a much rougher place, and completely changing the status of the farm. Louise and Sean seem to be getting along better as a result of working together, too.
I'm intrigued by the arrival of Mala. I liked how you had Shauna so in awe of her. That's a great use of Shauna's career and passion to frame this new character! I'm curious what you have planned for Mala and her family.
Can't wait to see what the rest of the cast has been up to, particularly the teens and Mae! And to see if Sean and Tricia are still together.

Welcome back, Bre! It is great to jump back into the series after some time away, which I know wasn't your plan but sometimes life happens. Hopefully the break has re-charged your batteries and you're ready to be creative again!
I wasn't expecting Peter's death, but like Michael said, it does seem respectful. Poor Sarah is completely devastated and has obviously fallen into a depression with the loss of her husband; I'm curious to see how or if she is able to snap out of it as the family really seems to be struggling all around her. I really love the dynamic between Louise and Martha as they were bickering about who has been doing what within the family since Peter's death. This could really prove to have some great family drama coming up.
Also curious with the plans for Mala and her family, which you mentioned in your spoilers post. I'm wondering how they will fit in and who they will all interact with. I thought it was smart to bring Mala in via a corporate type storyline because she can interact with a lot of the canvas in a very organic way. I also love added diversity with this family!
Welcome back again, looking forward to the next episode. Dallas
