I mean, I knew that this was coming but it is still a great soapy twist with Shauna and Antoine banging while Max and Daniel are still going at it. To be honest, this affair is also Daniel's fault, because he set all this into motion when he gaslight Jordan, which caused the accident. I know Shauna can make her own decisions, but if I was Max, I'd say Daniel was the one responsible for his marriage falling apart in front of his eyes. My favorite was having Max call Shauna just as she's about to fuck another guy - so soapy! I love it.

We hadn't had a romantic scene with Lou and Sean for a while, which makes sense since they have been so focused on Lenny and her cancer. I had forgotten that he hadn't signed the divorce papers - part of me wonders if Lou is on to something about his lingering feelings; he has been going back and forth between these two women since the series started! I am glad Lou is proceeding with caution - with Sean, it seems like anything is possible!

It's a very messy, soapy complication going on with Shauna, Max, and Antoine, as we'll see how much soon. And yes, in a way, Daniel's gaslighting Jordan plays a part in the breakdown of their marriage as well as the paralysis and miscarriage. And Max calling Shauna was a last-minute detail, but I think it's definitely the cherry on top of the already dramatic scenario.

I'm glad you like those scenes too. Even though they were character-based, it's obvious that certain feelings are at play regarding Sean, Louise, and Tricia. Though we will see how it goes between them too, something eventually has to give if they are going to move on with their lives. Thanks so much for reading and commenting.
