Martha and Sarah Lynn disagree.
Tricia confides in Samuel.
A threat gets made.

Wade is not playing around with Tricia or Jolene; he was down right scary with the smoke in his hand, knocking the beer away from Jolene and threatening her that way. Jo was right to get away from him, but I can also see that she could be worried about what would happen to her and Tricia if she doesn't go back to him. I'm not sure where this is going, but I sense that there will be trouble ahead.

I can't say that I agree with Sarah Lynn's assessment of the situation, but I get that someone in Martha's corner had to tell her that this might be a good idea for SJ's sake. I had assumed it was going to be Lou telling Martha this, since they already have that history, but it was nice for Sarah Lynn to speak her mind. And with everything Will has going on personally, I'm glad he didn't say anything - he learned his lesson

Curious as to what Mala and Courtney are up too with their plans - will it have bigger impact?

I didn't want to waste time showcasing how dangerous a man like Wade can be and why perhaps Jolene had been reluctant to leave him before. Let's just say Jolene is between a rock and a hard place.

This will continue to be an ongoing story as Martha tries to deal with the past she thought she left behind in LA while f :)ocusing on the Saunders family, as this year will be theirs in a sense. Will keeping his mouth shut was my favorite part of that scene since he's like, This has nothing to do with me.
