I don't blame Thora or Ernest from being rattled by Toussaint's death, it would be jarring for anyone to see someone that had shot themselves, especially for Thora. I'm curious to see what Samuel results show, but I would suspect that Jordan's blood will prove that she was drugged.

Speaking of, it was nice that Tricia visited her friend. It sometimes feels like Jordan and Tricia are each other's only friends, sort of the like the town's outcasts. I am curious as to if Jordan will get to leave as quickly that she thinks she is. Also I liked that Tricia admitted that she questioned Sean and Lou's relationship, they have remained close so it was nice for her to recognize that.

I like how cute Antoine & Martha are - they could have something together! Curious to see how the family reacts to Gus' presence in Mae's life.

Well, to be fair, as a police officer, Ernest is used to seeing a dead body, but like you said, it's never easy, especially for Thora, who for years never took that into account for Ernest, as she always felt he put the job ahead of her and their family. And we will find out for sure the results from Samuel in the upcoming episode.

In a way, Tricia sees so much of herself in Jordan, knowing she could've been in her shoes if certain things had aligned differently at that age for her. Tricia also has Courtney and, in a way, Antoine and Samuel too. But Jordan's only friend is Tricia. Despite being in a relatively better place with Sean, Tricia still knows she should be aware of his connection to Louise.

I go back and forth on possibly in the future going there with Antoine and Martha. Even though the chemistry is there, sometimes there is something nice about opposite-sex platonic friendships. And where I'm in my outline, we'll get some reaction from the family regarding Gus into the summer.
