FINALLY! Daniel realizes that he is causing all the shit that it is going down with Jordan, Max & Shauna. Really, the truth is: Daniel is responsible for the death of his grandchild and now Max's paralysis. Because ive watched soaps for my entire life, I figured that this would happen to Max because of where the glass landed, but I am curious to see how this unfolds now because Max's entire life will change, from his marriage to Shauna to his job at the family company. I'm really curious to see future scenes now with Daniel to see how he actually handles knowing this; he has to cover while he's in front of Max and Shauna, but once alone, it might hit him harder.
Speaking of finally, it's nice that Tommy & Samuel are comparing notes on Toussaint; like I said in a previous post, a simple blood test should show Samuel how drugged up Jordan is, which will be another light shed on Daniel's wicked plan. Daniel also wont be pleased to know that Tommy might be the reason for his downfall, if that happens. And there's still Deirdre, who would likely help Daniel continue to cover this up if he needs help. This umbrella story continues to be my favorite on the series right now.
And Sarah Lynn always gives good advice to Lou. I see both sides in this house disagreement because I wouldn't want to live in a place that my fiance lived in with her former husband, but Lou has lived there (and worked there) for years, so it is her home. Curious to see how this unfolds!
Good episode!
