Oh boy, Lou really didn't hold back on Sean! I get why she is upset that he is questioning her engagement but he has been leaning on her because his son is DEAD! I know she didn't mean to go that far but I would have walked away from her too like Sean did. I am sure that they will come together again and make amends since they have been through so much together, but I can see them having a lot of tension for a while moving forward. And Samuel is a good friend to Tricia, which she needs right now. I am not sure what it will take for Tricia and Sean to come together, if anything, but they feel very isolated from one another right now vs. being a couple. Like Tricia said, you'd think this might have pulled them together but it is doing the opposite. I am wondering if this will turn into a Nick from Y&R situation where he cheats on his wife after they lose a child.
I had a sneaky feeling that Tommy would learn about Tanner and Presley in the most awkward of ways and this is really it. It was all planned so well with Thora leaving him the voicemail the night before and then him rushing to see her to talk about Jordan, who was actually doing alright in the episode. Now he will see that the woman he really loves has moved on in every way possible, which was always a sticky point for them when then dating. This is a great set up! I can't wait to see Tanner's reaction to seeing Tommy there...
Samuel getting suspicious of Toussaint was also unexpected but a good way to use the character in another storyline. Somehow this truth has to come out, and since Daniel was able to pull the wool over Tommy's eyes (for now), this could be the way that the truth is exposed. I still think something far worse will happen to Jordan before the truth comes out, however.
Good episode!
