Esther stumbles onto something peculiar.

For once, Deirdre was somewhat kind to Esther, which was nice to see that she IS human. I agree with Esther that Deirdre does have to do whatever is best for Emma right now because of her condition, whether that is going to the private facility or not. At the same time, Deirdre is also dealing with the guilt of causing the accident because she continues to think that Will should be in the coma and not Emma, but those types of thoughts will not bring Emma back. I am curious about the blood type that Esther saw and what this means for the future ...

cute scene with Martha and Tanner, who admitted that she is starting to have feelings for someone else. I do think that on some level she still cares about Tommy but the pain of what happened is still there. It will be interesting to see how Tommy, and Jordan, react when they find out that Tanner and Presley are growing closer. This is a fun set up!

and poor Courtney, she really was put through the ringer, both by Daniel and the by Steven, who didn't mean any harm by answering her phone. It seems like Daniel continues to cause problems for the newly weds.

It was about time to show Deirdre being vulnerable, knowing she partially played a part in Emma's condition while wrestling with deciding what to do with Emma. and to show Esther's compassion as a mother to another. You won't have to wait long to see what caught Esther's attention with the blood type. It'll definitely put the Saunders' and Covington's at the forefront.

Like I told Michael on Twitter the other day, the scene between Aunt and Niece was a last-minute creative decision. But I thought it worked since Tanner needed another person to give her advice on possibly moving on with Presley. And I'm sure neither Tommy nor Jordan will be amused with their brother and ex-dating each other.

We'll see this story move forward as Courtney deals with gaining her role in the company. despite what was said to her.
