Ooooh, fun ending! I didn't see that coming at all. It seems like you're really shoring up the McKnights as a family unit to tell story with. It's been pretty organic, too, with Jeremy's birth as the entry point. It's funny that Jordan started out as a pretty one-dimensional antagonist and has evolved into such a complex character now. Her talk with Tricia was nice -- and Tricia even gave good advice about seeking professional help. They're both messy, but to see them genuinely support one another is lovely. It was also interesting to contrast that talk with Thora speaking with Reverend Friendly and saying that Ernest wouldn't even consider marriage counseling. He's so stubborn and domineering that it overtakes the entire family emotionally. I'll be curious to see what your plans with Presley are.
Esther and Deirdre's banter is always so funny and snappy. I'm eager to see what comes of the secrets of the past that Esther has begun to uncover...

I was also surprised, like Michael, by Presley's appearance. I knew that the new pastor would be somehow connected to a family, and I've been looking forward to seeing this family expand more, so this is the perfect time to bring Presley to town. This could really shake up Thora and Ernest's marriage even more ... and I am curious to see how close Presley and Jordan are.
Speaking of, Tricia really is a good friend to Jordan. She is the only one that treats Jordan like a person with feelings; everyone else seems to just want her to snap out of it and be "normal", which isn't realistic. Im curious to see if Samuel can help treat her PPD.
I love the catty banter between Esther and Deirdre ... but I am curious to see who Dee called and what she is up too.
Good episode! Dallas
