Oh my Goddddddd ... Sean's reaction was PRICELESS and very well deserved, in my opinion. he is having so many trust issues with Tricia right now that I don't blame him for wanting confirmation that he is the father of the baby, even though she has maintained that she only ever kissed Samuel. I can't help but wonder if this baby will actually be a miracle and reunite the couple or if it will continue to push them apart because we know Tricia doesn't want to be a mother. So many great layers in this story.

Tanner showing up and having a civil conversation with Tommy was refreshing. They have been through so much together, it is not easy to just shut off those feelings and they are so much apart of each other lives that they are bound to have run-in's with one another. I still think that, eventually, they will reunite and this episode showed that they could get past all of the hurt that they have experienced.

Marta telling Will that they should only be friends was also a nice moment. I think, deep down, they both have stronger feelings for one another than they are admitting but with Emma in the middle, they are protecting themselves. I'm curious to see where they go from here.

Like I said to Michael on Twitter, both Sean and Tricia had valid reactions to his response about whether or not this baby is his. This story, for them, perhaps, will bring them closer together. But, as with all soaps (with the exception of Why and Are recently), something will always cause conflict.

I think it helped that Tanner and Tommy started out as friends so that is why they can be civil to one another. And in the future you may never know what happens between them.

For now, Martha and Will, will remain good friends as Will moves on to Emma, and Martha will find herself next year through music and perhaps a new romance. 😉
