I've gotta say -- I think this is the best episode of T&C you have ever published! Holy fallout. You hit so many interesting beats that weren't necessarily Big Story Beats, but they were both needed and fascinating. Deirdre's reactions were cracking me up, and as brash and haughty as she can be, she wasn't really wrong. And I loved how you made a little mystery out of the Covingtons not knowing how who Tommy's "baby mama" was and then springing into action.

I also loved Louise being there for Tanner and then going right to Sean -- not only to tell him to be there for his daughter right now, but to spill the beans about Tricia's involvement. This whole thing has so many branches and tentacles, which is what underpins the best soap stories.

And of course I loved the shoutout to King's Bay. But Jordan's whole situation right now is heartbreaking. It's great seeing Tommy (finally!) step the hell up, but between Jordan's postpartum and her fractured relationship with her parents, it's so sad and also realistic. You've done a great job deepening her character.

Great work! Very interested to see how things shake out going forward.

Thank you so much for that compliment, Michael! I know this was a lengthier episode of T&C. But it was important to capture the reactions of everyone who're involved in the story. Like I told Dallas, Deirdre is so much fun to write because she says what is on her mind. Courtney being proactive was amusing to write because she is usually the one to react to things, so it was fun to have her take action in this mystery affecting her family.

Recently we have seen Louise in "Momma Bear Mode," which I love since we often see her as the headstrong businesswoman and daughter. So whenever she is in scenes with the twins, it brings another side to her. And I wanted her to be the one to tell Sean about everything, including Tricia's role. This umbrella story has been my favorite thus far in the years of the series due to it having several branches reaching out for most of the canvas.

And of course I loved the shoutout to King's Bay. But Jordan's whole situation right now is heartbreaking. Jordan's depression is going to affect the foreseeable future. She left feeling like no one could help her with this sadness she is struggling with. I am curious how Jordan will adapt to King's Bay Washington; maybe she will become the nanny to Peter; then again, Natalie might have some things to say about that? I can see her working at the Objection Boutique. Maybe she gets discovered as a model for Molly? Who knows?
