The birthday party, I’m sure, will continue to have many surprises. I love these types of events where the entire [or almost] cast is present, it always adds that element of soapiness to it. Daniel was surprised by the party and I love the gaze at Lou. It’s so messy between Mala/Daniel/Louise/Sean/Tricia/Samuel, I’m loving all of the emotions and feelings involved.
I love how over the top Emma’s appearance was. Super curious to see what she brings to the series. Is she going to be around for a while or just a pop in visit? The series is reminding me of Days with the cast popping in and out of town, it feels realistic.
Congrats on 100, not many series reach this milestone! Your dedication to consistency produce material is amazing!

Congratulations on reaching 100 episodes, Bre! That's an enormous accomplishment. You've been so dedicated and consistent, even when you had to overcome the troubles with your computer. And I love that you have the characters celebrating the occasion with a big bash, too.
Talk about a dramatic entrance for Emma! I figured we'd be meeting her soon, since I'd noticed you had cast her, but what a way to arrive. I'm eager to see what she'll bring to the series and who she might mix it up with. You really captured the energy of a big, lavish party well -- one of my favorite little bits was how Mae thought she recognized an actress from TV, only to chalk it up to the wine... and then we later learned that was actually one of Daniel's close friends. I just love the whole vibe of everyone swirling around this huge party and how it allows us to pop from one quick interaction to the next (like that little bit with Mala/Aaliyah/Samuel, which was very telling).
Congrats again! I can't wait to see how everything plays out over the course of the week.
