Oh, shit! Things are getting serious!!
I did not expect Shauna to be kidnapped, especially so relatively soon after Will's return. It's been great how you've positioned Shauna and Antoine as friends again through their investigating, and then just as they decide to let it go, this happens. The way the news rippled through town and we got to witness so many different reactions in 'real time' is one of the things I enjoy most about soaps, so I'm glad you played those beats. Obviously the Covingtons have the money to pay ransom (I would think), but this is going to open a whole can of worms. Exciting!
Tricia and Jordan's friendship is unexpected given their age difference but also makes a lot of sense in light of their personalities. I can't imagine Lynn and Tanner will be pleased to find out about that or if Jordan attends the wedding! Looks like Jordan definitely still has her sights set on Tommy. I can see this all spiraling into a real mess.
I continue to find the exploration of Sarah Lynn's grief compelling. So often, people know they need help but are frightened of it or embarrassed or whatever else, and it takes several tries for therapy to 'stick.' Feels very realistic that she's pulling away from it, but I do hope her family pushes her to continue trying.
Good reads!

I wonder how long they learn the truth behind Shauna’s kidnapping!!! This is definitely and intriguing development, I honestly thought that Mae’s life would be in danger since Will has been the target this entire time. Either way, Shauna being kidnapped seems like it’s going to fuel a lot of story for you going forward so I cannot wait to see the outcome. Poor Mae has really been standing up for Will throughout his return so I wonder how she will feel when the truth comes out. I’m sure Antoine will have plenty to say.
I’m liking Tricia and Jordan’s friendship, especially with Tricia being sort of an advisory of Jordan as far as her future is concerned. Although with the kiss between Jordan and Tommy, things may get a little complicated where Tricia is concerned, especially if she wants to make piece with Lynn and Tanner!!
Great episode, and I like how you were able to get everyone into one scene together! I mean, unfortunately it has to be on Shauna’s behalf, but still. Scenes with the majority of the cast together always turn out pretty fun.

I’m not surprised that this episode was the rippling effects of the kidnapping. Scene by scene more and more characters learned what happened; it was a great way to make the series feel united and like it is one town. I suspect Daniel and Max will not hold anything back to save her. I’m also wondering if anyone will blame Will for this once the truth comes out; after all, he did just tell Jerome to back off. This is a great set up.
I can’t believe Jordan is taking advice from Tricia but it makes sense as they both are outsiders, so to speak. I wonder how Tricia would feel or react if she knew the guy Jordan was crushing on was dating her soon to be step daughter! If the twins found out that she was helping Jordan all hell would break loose, in a good way!
Great episode

I can see this all spiraling into a real mess. [quote They're both "The Other Women" in terms of the supercouples they came in between. Besides I think Tricia sees some of herself in Jordan so that is why she is trying to get her to change but still be her own person. If/when Jordan attends the wedding I'm sure it will be fireworks. I continue to find the exploration of Sarah Lynn's grief compelling.
