Hey Bre, good couple of episodes. I love the sister dynamic between Louise & Martha. I hope we get to see more of this but also why they don’t like one another. Something must have happened to cause this riff. I’m curious to know who fathered the baby as well — that could lead to more drama.
You’ve done a great job creating the atmosphere of a small town with lots of secrets. It really feels like, while everyone knows everyone, they really have no idea what is behind closed doors — I love that!
See you next episode! D

Hey, Bre!
I continue to enjoy the complex Louise/Martha dynamic as well. I loved that, despite the clear animosity, Louise wasn't just a straight-up bitch. She knew that the moment with the pregnancy test required compassion, and you could see that there was genuine sisterly affection beneath their conflict. It seems like there are legs for years and years of dramatic material with these two. Definitely the highlight for me. And there must be a reason Martha is so tight-lipped about who the baby's father could be...
I like that you're really making a point of the age difference -- and not just the number of years, but how it manifests in their life experience -- between Steven and Courtney. Interesting idea. I do wonder what kind of conflicts will arise for them. Him being reserved about discussing his divorce and all that hints at what's to come.
Intrigued to see where that thread at the end, with Daniel, showing up, leads...
Thanks for the entertainment! Looking forward to more.

Liking Courtney and Steven. I feel the chemistry between them.
The dynamic of the sisters really intrigues me. I like Martha a lot. She is the stand-out character so far for me. Is Daniel her baby daddy? If so, I don't think Martha's dad will like it since he seems to have an axe to grind with Daniel.
Liking this series more & more as I get to know the characters.
