Very strong second episode, Bre! You've created some rather interesting dynamics. A sisterly rivalry is such a soap staple, and the one between Louise and Martha Saunders has a lot of potential. These two REALLY do not like each other -- I wonder how much is just resentment and bitterness, and how much is something deeper. Perhaps something really nasty went down before Martha flew the coop to L.A.? I also enjoyed all the speculation about why she came back, and how Sarah Lynn is no fool. She knows her daughter is hiding something. I wasn't expecting the twist with the pregnancy test but I'm curious to see where this goes.

I also liked learning a bit more about Daniel and his dream of rebuilding the family home. I'll be interested to see how they tie in with the Saunders clan, since we're still getting the lay of the land. And I enjoyed how you continued to expand the canvas by bringing in Mae, Shauna, and Antoine in this one.

In general, I'm enjoying the 'different' vibe of T&C so far. You've created a distinctive place that isn't just Generic Soap Town USA, which is cool. It really sets it apart.

Hey , Michael !!! Thanks for checking in on the latest T&C episode. Louise and Martha aren't the loving sisters that their mother hoped for. In the next episode their reasoning for not being that way is somewhat explained. I knew going in that Sarah Lynn is a instinctual person and with her own interesting past she is not giving up on them to be closer. Also the pregnancy test twist will also be played up too. 

I also liked learning a bit more about Daniel and his dream of rebuilding the family home. I'll be interested to see how they tie in with the Saunders clan, since we're still getting the lay of the land. Daniel's tie to the Saunders clan will be informed to the audience in the next few episodes. The Jacksons and Antoine always was part of the canvas when I came up with the initial Town and Country bible.

I was inspired by the British soap opera Emmerdale which takes place in a rural setting that has one wealthy family and other families of different class structures.

Enjoying this series. I’m intrigued by Martha’s pregnancy. who’s the daddy? I can’t wait to find out. great job!
